Tom, I’m a recent entry into the Strongman training and am totally hooked. I’m not seeing my stone work improving as much as my pressing, flipping, and deadlift. I incorporate front squats, but am tempted to JUST do front squats in hopes of improving in stones. (being 5’7″-5’8″ doesn’t help much either), any thoughts? Also, I’ve got smaller hands and i am teaching myslef to use a continental grip, any tips on that, the stomach to chest pop, is the area I am having issues with at weights above 250. Thanks.
